Waterfront

SwimOur beautiful, private spring-fed lake and unique fresh-water pool hosts swimming, sailing, waterskiing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, canoeing, row boating, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Swim instruction is led by our lifeguard certified Water Safety Instructors and is based on the Red Cross swim program. Campers are grouped by ability and taught in small group instruction. Girls have the option of being on a swim team and competing in a meet against other Wayne County camps. We also offer lifeguarding certification to campers that turn 15 by the end of the summer.

During non-instructional times, our campers look forward to ‘free swim’, tubing, taking a surfboard out with a friend and playing on the inflatable water toys. The waterfront is definitely one of the ‘coolest’ places on camp!
