FitnessOur Fitness program empowers the girls and teaches the value of leading a healthy, fit lifestyle. We make it fun for campers of all ages to move their bodies while learning the proper techniques for safe exercising.

Campers enjoy all types of exercise and training in our state of the art fitness studio including Spin, Yoga, Strength Training, Pilates, Zumba and more. 

We also like to get our kids outside in the fresh air, whether it be for a jog, circuit training, water aerobics, paddleboard yoga, or our all-camp 5k color run.
